Try Chicago Leagues

Have you ever considered a Chicago League? The idea is that each "match" consists of four hands with normal scoring with a simple (soccer style) three points for a win and one for a draw.

As we all know luck comes into play with Chicago but this is ideal for the "lower" players who can sometimes grab a win over those more expert because they get all the cards. It is an ideal alternative to a handicapped event.
Leagues can be formed to suit a club's requirements with promotion and relegation included as well as well. Normally six "matches" can be played in an evening -- 24 hands -- but this can be adjusted to suit. Give it a try, it's good fun.
